SEA CHANGE

WHAT IS IT?

S.E.A. CHANGE is a chance to:

  • improve self confidence and self esteem

  • develop assertive skills

  • learn how to say no and really mean it!

  • meet new people

  • be free to express yourself

  • feel better about yourself

S.E.A. CHANGE COVERS:

  • self esteem

    • accepting yourself

    • goal setting

    • mastering challenges

  • body language and

  • communication

  • positive thinking

We feel that you deserve to put yourself first sometimes.

S.E.A. CHANGE is a group of women who meet once a week for approximately 2½ hours.

Your Self Esteem and Assertiveness skills will improve!
